📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire lifecycle of land permits, from initial applications to final approvals
• Conduct site assessments and prepare comprehensive documentation for regulatory submissions
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and national regulations
• Coordinate with legal and government agencies to navigate permit approval processes
• Monitor permit statuses and track deadlines to ensure timely project delivery
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the regulatory process
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
• Provide regular reports on permit progress and regulatory updates to project managers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Urban Planning, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in land permit management or regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of Indonesian land laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using GIS software and legal databases
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
