📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead employment compliance and ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts.
• Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.
• Provide legal advice and support to the CEO and other senior executives.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company's compliance with new laws and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior legal staff on legal and compliance matters.
• Ensure the company's legal and compliance documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in a technology company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with contract management software such as Clio or PandaDoc.
• Certification in legal or compliance-related fields is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
