📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
Implement and maintain operational systems and tools, such as Salesforce and QuickBooks.
Provide operational support to the finance team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in the financial services industry.
Proven experience with operational systems and tools, such as Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
