📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of Accounts Receivable staff, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the receivables process.
• Monitor and analyze receivables data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to resolve any issues related to invoicing and payments.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to Accounts Receivable.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a proven track record of leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
