🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Proven track record of managing a team and achieving operational goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
