📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.,Oversee food and beverage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and organize staff schedules to meet operational requirements.,Monitor and report on team performance and operational metrics.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
