📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Manage cash and inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience.,Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.,Assist with stocking and organizing products on the sales floor.,Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of computer and cash register systems.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
