📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare food according to recipes and standards.,Assist in food presentation and plating.,Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
