📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and develop a team of store staff to achieve sales targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback,Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementing store strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
