📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in the restaurant.,Drive marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain high-quality ingredients and supplies.,Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards in the food service industry.,Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
