📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the section,Leading and motivating a team of employees,Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Managing budgets and resources allocated to the section,Communicating with higher management to report on section performance,Organizing and leading team meetings and training sessions,Evaluating and providing feedback to team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Fluency in English and local language,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
