📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and other warehouse management systems.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and efficient receipt of materials.
• Support the warehouse team in managing stock levels and reordering processes.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and standards.
• Provide support to the inventory manager in the preparation of monthly and annual inventory reports.
• Assist in the training and development of new warehouse staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
