In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Conduct initial phone and video interviews with candidates.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.,Provide support to the recruitment team during peak hiring periods.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fresh graduate or minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic understanding of recruitment principles and practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
