📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Develop and implement quality control and assurance programs.
  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using civil engineering software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
