📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in the manufacturing facility.,Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior electricians and other team members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other manufacturing processes.,Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed and ensure proper documentation.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance electrical systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Certification as a licensed electrician (e.g., Master Electrician, Certified Electrician).,Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.,Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects and teams.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
