📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring excellent patient care and adherence to medical protocols.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
  • Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain medical supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.
  • Provide leadership and support to the nursing team during emergencies and critical situations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a leadership role.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic health records.
  • Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant country.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
