📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the retail sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
