📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough legal risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with senior management to align legal strategies with business objectives and industry trends.
• Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts, ensuring they are legally sound and beneficial to the company.
• Provide legal guidance on complex transactions and mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends, and advise on their potential impact on our business.
• Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in legal strategy and compliance.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective legal strategies in a dynamic and complex regulatory environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system and regulations, with a focus on corporate law and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
• Proficient in using legal management software such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• Certification in legal strategy or compliance from a recognized institution is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
