📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source, attract, and recruit top talent for our team,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit,Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment,Strong understanding of the local job market and talent pool,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetun (local language) is a plus,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
