📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth running of activities.

Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports.

Participate in training and development programs for staff.

Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.

Proven track record of managing teams and improving branch performance.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with financial management and reporting.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
