FORZA Jaya is looking for a talented Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing various engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute engineering projects from conception to completion.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions.,Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Experience with project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
