📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and served according to company standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the training and development of staff to ensure they are meeting company standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.
  • Monitor and report on sales and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and staff.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
