📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping inventory.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and operational standards.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to manage inventory levels and restocking.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and warehouse policies.,Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity and reduce costs.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
