Warung Krisna Fruit is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mempawah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient stock control and minimize waste.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and food service industry trends is a plus.
