FLUX Berjaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Banquet Staff to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.,Manage event budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.,Supervise and mentor junior banquet staff to ensure high-quality service.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized event space, including setup and breakdown.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and attract guests.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event management.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Familiarity with local regulations and licensing requirements for event planning.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
