📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure they are within the allocated funds.
  • Supervise and train junior banquet staff.
  • Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present event reports to management.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian culture and traditions.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
