Duta Intan Fashion is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fashion production facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fashion production facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that all operations are in line with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are met and that the facility is maintained in a safe and clean condition.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Ensure that all financial and operational reports are accurate and submitted on time.,Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other production management software.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
