📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the bakso shop.,Manage and train a team of employees to maintain high standards of service and product quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.,Ensure the bakso shop is clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering systems.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
