📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media channels.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategies.,Report on social media metrics and insights to the management team on a regular basis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
