📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire member enrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
• Handle billing and payment processing, using tools like QuickBooks and Stripe to maintain accurate records.
• Interact with members, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead to member.
• Monitor and update member records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring members feel valued and supported.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of enrollment and billing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks, Stripe, or similar billing software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members and colleagues.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
