E-Commerce Marketplace Growth Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Marketplace Growth Manager to drive seller acquisition, optimize user engagement, and scale our digital marketplace. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to implement growth strategies that increase our seller base and customer retention.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire and retain sellers on our platform.
• Analyze market trends and competitor data using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement digital campaigns that drive user engagement.
• Monitor and optimize seller performance metrics to ensure platform success.
• Work with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Leverage Hootsuite and other social media tools to manage and grow our online presence.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce.
• Report on growth metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in managing growth initiatives and driving measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia.
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
