📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for network equipment and IT infrastructure.
• Maintain and repair network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor and maintain client IT infrastructure.
• Document all technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field support or network administration.
• Proven experience with network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
