📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building infrastructure.
• Inspect and maintain building security systems, including fire alarms, security cameras, and access control systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of building structures to identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Proven track record of performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building infrastructure.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
• Valid certification in building maintenance, fire safety, or a related field (preferred but not required).
