Located in the heart of Ubud, our resort offers a blend of traditional Balinese hospitality and modern luxury. We are seeking a Front Office Daily Worker who is passionate about hospitality, customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
• Check guests in and out, and process payments using our property management system (PMS).
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Manage guest reservations and confirmations, and coordinate with the front desk team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with room assignments and ensure all rooms are ready for guest check-in.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
• Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean and ready for new guests.
• Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and property management systems (PMS).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of local attractions and tourism in Bali is a plus.
• Passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences.
