📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed and accurate MEP drawings and technical documentation for construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all technical aspects of the projects are accurately represented.
• Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD MEP to create and manage drawings.
• Review and approve construction documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the MEP industry.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure that all drawings and technical documentation are completed on time and within budget.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP drafting or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD MEP.
• Familiarity with building codes and standards, such as IBC, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
