As an Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our water resource management activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of water resource management activities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and maintain water treatment processes, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of water resource management activities with overall mining operations.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle systems for data management and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water resource management or a related field.
• Proven experience in supervising operations and managing teams.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle systems for data management.
• Certification in water treatment processes or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
