📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional service to international guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our in-house POS system.
• Provide clear and concise information about our menu, specials, and promotions to guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring high standards of presentation.
• Handle cash transactions and manage guest payments, adhering to our company's policies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and discreetly, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or beach club setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with food and beverage service, including knowledge of menu items and pricing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency in English is a plus, as our guest base is predominantly international.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
