📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate seamless Mandarin-Indonesian translations for a variety of documents, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Provide real-time translation support during important meetings, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the External Relations team to develop and implement translation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, investors, and industry partners.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all translations, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the mining industry and leverage this knowledge to enhance translation services.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of multilingual events and presentations.
• Contribute to the development of the company's multilingual communication strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with a strong understanding of both languages and cultures.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator, preferably in the mining or international relations industry.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or SDL Trados.
• Knowledge of the mining industry and its regulatory environment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certification in Mandarin translation or a similar field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
